Criterion 1 assumes that the relative importance of each decision criterion remains the same, and that an effective MAGDM method should not change the ranking of other schemes when one non-optimal scheme is replaced by another one that is worse. An effective MAGDM method should be transitive. Standard 2 assumes that the original decision problem is decomposed into a series of small decision problems, each small decision problem contains two alternatives, and the rest is unchanged, then the order obtained by all small decision problems should meet the transitivity. Standard 3 requires that all small decision problems obtain the same comprehensive ranking result as the original undecomposed problem.

根据可靠性分析可以得出，模糊决策方法在满足标准1、标准2和标准3方面均表现良好，证明了该方法的有效性和可靠性。

According to the reliability analysis, it can be concluded that the fuzzy decision method has a good performance in meeting standards 1, 2 and 3, which proves the effectiveness and reliability of the method.

四、知识补充——决策传递性（Knowledge Supplement - Decision Transitivity）

传递性是指在一个偏好关系中，如果方案A优于方案B，方案B优于方案C，那么方案A必须优于方案C。

Transitivity means that in A preference relationship, if plan A is better than plan B and plan B is better than plan C, then plan A must be better than plan C.
